Price is for ONE bead. These acrylic beads have a dried flower inside the base topped with a drip style rhinestone bead cap.  These beads will fit pens, but some may have to be twisted onto the pen or drilled to fit cleanly on the pen.  Due to the handmade nature of the clay beads, there may be irregularities.
