Thank you for supporting our small business! We work hard to process and ship orders quickly while ensuring your items are packaged with care and accuracy.
Understanding Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing Time
Processing time is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. This includes:
- Pulling and packing items
- Verifying order accuracy
- Preparing shipping labels
- Packaging your order securely
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 72 business hours) after payment is received. During sales, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the transit time after your package has been handed over to USPS and scanned into their system.
Shipping speed depends on:
- The shipping method selected at checkout
- USPS transit times
- Weather conditions
- Holiday shipping volume
- Carrier delays outside of our control
Please note:
Expedited or Priority shipping upgrades only affect USPS delivery speed after shipment and do not reduce processing time.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier transit estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped through USPS.
Available shipping options may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated USPS transit times after shipment:
- Ground Advantage: 2–7 business days
Please note that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Changes & Combined Shipping
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee combined shipping on multiple orders unless you contact us immediately after purchase.
Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and recipient.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms, or apartment offices
- Contact your local USPS office directly
- Open a missing mail search or delivery claim with USPS
We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
This allows us to assist you as quickly as possible.
