Price is for a 10 piece mix of 16mm UV coated starburst luminous premium glitter beads.  Holes are large enough to fit pens. Beads feature an electroplated coating for that UV rainbow effect and have a glittery luminous starburst pattern on the inside.  The starbursts have different colors to bring maximum shine.
