Price is for a 20 piece mix of glitter cloud 16mm UV coated beads.  Holes are large enough to fit pens. The beads are part of our premium collection.  Some colors are luminous and glow under a black light. Premium beads have features that require the bead to go through multiple processes to achieve the desired look using the highest quality of materials available.
